Self-Introduction
Having worked in the industry for 18 years, I have transitioned from being a party B to party A, gaining experience in the advertising, FMCG, and retail sectors. My role has evolved from an execution position to a management role. Reflecting on my diverse industry experiences, I personally believe that the biggest gap when transitioning between industries lies in the differences in products, channels, consumers, and even business models among different companies, which often leads to external concerns and fears. owe, at its core, the fundamental principles of business remain constant. For an excellent marketer, as long as they have a sufficient understanding of the unique aspects of each industry, they will got the goal in their work. This is because everything, including brands, products, channels, and business models, is merely a "tool" for connecting company and consumers. The key factor that sets individuals apart is how effectively they utilize these tools to achieve transactions.In my years of work, I have operated brands from Fortune 500 companies and also held positions in well-known local enterprises in China. During my tenure, I have been dedicated to driving brand development among consumers and channels. In terms of job function, I have worked in different sectors, conducting strategic planning at headquarters, implementing large-scale projects, and using mass communication effectiveness as a benchmark. I have also held positions in regional branch offices, where the focus was on aligning brand and performance to contribute to sales targets. In order to better achieve my personal career goals, I volunteered to join the sales department, working on the front line with salespeople to promote our products. Additionally, I have led sales teams and managed distributors at different levels. These invaluable experiences have been crucial milestones in my career. Regardless of the industry or role I have been in, my initial career aspiration remains unchanged, and I continue to deepen my roots in the field of marketing. Although I have faced challenges in various industries, these changes have been more like adaptive experiences for personal growth. I believe that these experiences have significantly helped enhance my abilities in various aspects.
Looking ahead, I aspire to embrace more diverse industries and roles in order to elevate and broaden my professional path. I also hope that my past valuable experiences can contribute to creating greater value and return for your esteemed company.
